Eye Level Leadership's owner, Dr. Dave Houglum, earned a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Over the past 17 years, Dr. Dave Houglum has conducted leadership coaching, consulting, and education for numerous sectors including for-profit business, non-profit, education (K-12 and higher education) healthcare, public/government, churches/clergy, collegiate and professional athletes and coaches, and the military. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). The CPCC credential through the Co-Active Training Institute is widely recognized as the global "gold standard" and most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. Additionally, the curriculum for becoming a CPCC is one of the first in the world accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Dr. Dave Houglum coaches people from all over the globe and is available to coach corporate, business, and personal clients. Coaching sessions are conducted in English and are usually a half hour to hour in duration (depending on client needs) every other week and take place via video technology (such as Zoom & Skype), phone, or in-person. Dr. Dave Houglum is excited to accompany you on your leadership journey through intentional support, challenge, and inquiry.
